The packages on this website are one-time purchases. You are charged once, at checkout, for the package you select. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal attached to them. Any later order is a new purchase you place yourself.

Once your order is placed, CartPanda may present additional offers, and some of those are recurring plans billed separately from the purchase above. You only have one if you accepted it yourself on that screen, and it appears as a separate charge on your statement.
To cancel a recurring plan you accepted, email [email protected] with your order number and a request to cancel, and we will confirm by email. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date.
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund a charge already made. Cancelling and requesting a refund are two separate actions. If you want a refund for a charge that already occurred, say so in the same email and it will be reviewed under the procedure above.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear may vary according to the banking institution used.
